Class Reservation

Space is limited. Members can Schedule/Reserve your spot for class at our live studio. You can always just show up and be on stand by. Most of the time we will find you a space.

CLASS TIMES & CLOSURE: Visit our Class Schedule page on the website for the most up-to-date days and time. Please note that the school may be closed from time to time for special events and Holidays. You can view those closure times by connecting to us on our FaceBook Group page.

PRICING: RORN Collective reserves the right to increase prices on merchandise and month-to-month membership dues as they see fit. All Open-Ended membership are subject to adjustment to the current month to month rate. (Current month to month rate is $250.00 per month).

This student handbook is to be used for progress tracking between student and instructor. Head instructors will have a final evaluation before promotional status begins. (Students may fill in each learning dot after the teacher instructs that specific technique, then must have each section examined for perfection by an assistant instructor or instructor for sign-off. Students are also required to always maintain all lower belt requirements and can be asked to perform any requirements at or below their rank for testing.)

Need to pause your journey

Freeze Request.

We understand that unexpected events can happen. Our goal is to encourage you to stay on track with your journey to improve. That is why we offer a membership freeze that you can request instead of cancellation. This opinion is a low-cost way to the break need and maintains your member pricing.

Go Total Human must receive the request form below within 14 days prior to the date of the freeze request. Not all requests are approved, most Medical or Injury and country leave of absence are noted reasons for the request. The maximum number of frozen months is 2 per 12-month contract agreement, which only pushes your agreement forward by the requested number of months. This does not cancel out any monthly payments owed under the membership agreement. The freeze fee payment is $10 per month, which helps maintain lower insurance costs.

Your account will be frozen upon approval by clicking the link below and submitting the requested information. Please attach any necessary documents for approval of the process, like doctors note or airline ticket copies. You may send it to: Go Total Human 9475 Double R Blvd., Suite #23, Reno, NV 89521. Any payments due within the 14 days will remain in full effect of your membership agreement.

Should you decide to reinstate your membership sooner than requested, please notify the GTH Club 3 days prior to joining classes.

Cancellation Request.

Membership Cancellation Policies and Procedures for ALL Membership Types

A. – Member Disability or Death. If by reason of death or permanent disability, you or your estate shall be relieved from the obligation of making payment for services other than those received prior to death or the onset of disability. If you have prepaid any sum for services Go Total Human LLC dba rorncollective.com will refund any unused prepaid monthly dues. Your disability must physically preclude you from physically using the studio’s facilities and the condition must be verified by a medical physician. Permanent disability means a condition which precludes the member from using the facilities for 6 months or more. A physician must verify a disability in writing before it can be considered. You must obtain our Medical Verification Form (MVF) and have it filled out by your medical physician.

B. – Early Termination and Penalty. If the buyer chooses to cancel their agreement early, tuition payments must be up to date, a 30-day notice must have been received and a one-time cancellation fee of $395 must be paid. All requests for cancellations must be submitted using the link provided below.

C. – Right to recession. You, the buyer, may cancel this agreement at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of the agreement being signed, excluding Sundays and holidays. To cancel the agreement, send a signed and dated notice, which states that you, the buyer, are canceling this agreement. Such notice should be sent via certified mail to: 9475 Double R Blvd, Suite 23, Reno, NV 89521.

We’d certainly like to stay in touch with you as well and remember that you can always join us for our scheduled events and seminars like; special open classes to maintain what you have learned. We offer an open door to come back at any time when you are ready again to attack your journey.

It has been our experience that when clients cancel their membership and unplug the Go Total Human development system and influence, from themselves and/or children, there can be a negative effect because it is taking away a very important benefit for you and your family. Cancellation.

Client (of RORN Collective / Go Total Human LLC) acknowledges that all membership fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Client cancels their membership (both month-to-month and/or annual plans). The client may cancel their membership by submitting a cancellation request form.  Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. However, you can also info@rorncollective.com if you are having difficulty or need help. For a full description of membership policy please review your contract.

 

Refunds.

RORN Collective / Go Total Human LLC does not offer prorated refunds for canceled membership plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

All subscriptions, both month-to-month and annual plans, are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid membership period.

 

RORN Collective Refund Policy for Annual Plans.

RORN Collective / Go Total Human LLC is committed to the success of our customers, but through experience, we have found that users have varying requirements, capabilities, and limitations, etc.

Some issues will certainly impact a customer’s ability to use RORN Collective / Go Total Human LLC as it is intended.

Accordingly, RORN Collective / Go Total Human LLC offers a 3-day Trial.

RORN Collective / Go Total Human LLC also offers a Month-to-Month Subscription Plan, which allows customers to upgrade, downgrade, and cancel at any time without penalty. We recommend this option for customers, especially those that do not have full certainty.

Finally, RORN Collective / Go Total Human LLC offers an Annual Subscription Plans at a significant discount. We recommend this plan for customers who are certain that RORN Collective / Go Total Human LLC is compatible with their environment. It is your responsibility to evaluate RORN Collective / Go Total Human LLC, including its features, limitations, and requirements before selecting the Annual Plan.

If you are not certain that RORN Collective / Go Total Human LLC is a fit for your use case and environment, then you should not choose the Annual Plan.

If you choose the Annual Plan, you are entering into a one-year membership contract. You are responsible for paying for the entire membership and/or payment plan. If you decide to cancel before the term of your subscription is up, then you will still be billed for the remaining months, and will still have access to its benefits until it expires.

 

DEFAULT AND LATE PAYMENT.

Should you default on any payment obligation as called for in this agreement, the entire remaining balance shall be deemed due and payable upon demand, and you agree to pay allowable interest, and all cost of collection, including, but not limited to, collection agency fees, court costs, and attorneys’ fees. Should any monthly payment become more than 10 days past due, you will be charged a late fee to cover additional administrative expenses and other expenses related to obtaining your payment. A fee will be charged for all payments.

 

Product Refund.

Thanks for purchasing our products (or subscribing to our services). We offer a money-back guarantee for purchases made in our club. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 7 calendar days of your purchase. After the 7-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. All tags and packaging must be still attached. Further, the product must not have been used or display any wear. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first 7 days after their purchase to ensure it fits their needs.
